SCENE:
Frontal connectivity

DESCRIPTION:
Figure 10: second row

Connectivity from vertex in frontal cortex (all maps averaged across multiple subjects). From left to right shows:
1. connectivity estimated from resting-state
2. number of streamlines seeded at the vertex at the deep/gyral white matter interface
3. number of streamlines terminating at the vertex at the deep/gyral white matter interface
4. number of streamlines seeded at the vertex at the white/grey-matter boundary
5. number of streamlines terminating at the vertex at the white/grey-matter boundary

Lighter colours indicated higher connectivity (i.e., stronger correlation or more streamlines).
