DESCRIPTION:
Fig. 3. Major callosal connections to the contralateral hemisphere for selected cortical regions. For each cortical region, the top strongly connected regions on the contralateral hemisphere are displayed, which together account for at least 80% of total fraction of streamline (FSe) value from this region. The group FSe maps are displayed for selected HCPMMP regions on the left hemisphere (red in the solid box): area 4 on the primary motor cortex, area 2 on the somatosensory cortex, area TE1p on the lateral temporal cortex, area 7AL on the lateral parietal cortex, area POS2 on the medial parietal cortex, area 9-46d on the lateral prefrontal cortex, and area 9m on the medial prefrontal cortex. The HCPMMP regional abbreviation is included in the bracket. The color bar indicates the FSe value from the selected cortical region.
