DESCRIPTION:
Top. A 12-network representation of resting-state networks (RSNs) (Ji et al., Neuroimage, 2018) from the human HCP_MMP1.0 parcellation (Glasser et al., Nature, 2016).
Bottom. The published functional connectivity matrix (Ji et al., Neuroimage, 2018) has been cleaned using temporal ICA (Glasser et al., Neuroimage, 2018, 2019) and shows the difference between potentially more sleepy (high mean resting-state temporal ICA component RC1 amplitude, n=241) below the diagonal and less sleepy (low mean RC1 amplitude, n=208) above the diagonal using a mean RC1 amplitude of 6 as the threshold.
